These “submersible bridges” (chinkabashi) are characterized by their simple, railing-free design.

Chikurin-ji is a historic temple known as the 31st stop on the Shikoku 88-Temple Pilgrimage.

As you stroll through the quiet, greenery-filled temple grounds, you can experience Japanese temple architecture, religious culture, and the unique “Ohenro” (pilgrimage) culture of Shikoku.

【ビジネス視察×文化体験×自然観光】企業訪問ツアー

日本の「経営の父」として知られる実業家、稲盛和夫氏が創業した企業の訪問、地方（高知）企業訪問し、その違いや魅力を学ぶツアーを催行させていただきました。様々な業界の成功事例を訪問する他、文化体験や自然観光などもツアーに含まれています。

概要

本イベントでは、様々な中国企業の経営者に、日本企業と中国本土産業界との深い交流の機会を提供いたしました。
日本企業のコンセプト、経営モデル、参入方法などを直接理解していただけるツアー内容となっています。
日中企業間の相互理解を促進するため、私たちは今後も協力の架け橋を築き続けてまいります。

POINT1：日本の「経営の父」稲盛和夫氏が創業した企業への訪問

日本の「経営の父」として知られる実業家、稲盛和夫氏が創業した企業である京セラ株式会社の本社にある「稲盛ライブラリー」「京セラファインセラミック館」と「京都市京セラ美術館」への訪問。

POINT2：地方企業を訪問

地方（高知県）の企業を訪問します。都市部の企業との違いや魅力を学びます。
高知県は日本の地方都市として、少子高齢化、人口流出、産業人材不足といった複数の社会課題に直面しています。しかし、こうした厳しい環境の中でも、多くの企業が独自の創意工夫とたゆまぬ努力によって生き残り、持続的な成長を遂げています。限られた地域資源の中でいかに持続可能な経営を実現しているのかを深く学びます。

井上ワイナリーのいち醸造所

創業140年の歴史を持つ井上石灰工業株式会社（石灰・農薬メーカー）は、2016年にブドウの植栽を開始し、2021-22年には自社醸造施設を完成させ、県内全域で「栽培から醸造まで」の生産体制を実現しています。
今回の訪問では、蔵の成り立ち紹介、井上社長による経営理念、井上石灰工業の課題についての意見交換、井上赤ワイン醸造製品の鑑賞を行いました。

Aitosa高知

Aitosa高知は四国電力株式会社が2020年11月2日に設立した農業子会社です。
武田社長による事業モデル、日本の農産物管理および害虫防除技術についての説明や農作物の現場の視察、製品販売・農産物技術・品質管理などの課題について話し合うなどしました。

でいさぁびすはっぴぃ

中国では珍しい通所型の高齢者サービスセンターであり、高齢化が進む高知県でも珍しい施設です。
この施設を設立した施設長（47歳）は、若年性アルツハイマー病患者です。自らもアルツハイマー病を克服している上で、同じ病気の患者への支援と、アルツハイマー病の発症予防を訴える活動を行うため、この施設を設立しました。
施設設立時の考えや経営方法、施設の経営理念の紹介、古民家を活用した施設見学をいたしました。

酔鯨酒造

2018年に設立された高知の地元素材を使用した日本酒を製造・商品化・輸出する酒造会社です。
「高級吟醸酒専用蔵」として建設。精米歩合30～40%の純米大吟醸をはじめとする高級日本酒の製造に注力し、海外・ハイエンド市場をターゲットとしています。
担当者による事業内容説明、酒蔵開きに関するコンテンツの紹介、蔵の視察・見学、酒蔵開き製品の鑑賞と担当者との交流が行われました。

ひろめカンパニー

高知県高知市の中心部に位置する「ひろめ市場」は、地域の食文化、観光、そして交流の拠点として1998年10月に開設されました。
西岡社長による市場の運営態勢の説明、ひろめ市場の見学・体験をしました。

竹内建設

創業100年以上の地元高知の建設会社です。
森田社長の経営手法と助言、日本の「失われた30年」における企業経営の経験などをヒアリング。

京セラ株式会社

京セラ本社訪問を通じて、稲盛氏の経営理念がどのように企業文化や日々の業務に具体的に落とし込まれているのかを直に見学することができました。これは、参加者にとって自社の経営理念を再考し、長期的価値を追求するための貴重な学びの機会となりました。

インバウンド　医療ツーリズム

今回、インバウンドツアーでも特別なツアーを催行させていただきました。
中国のお客様で日本の人間ドッグを受診し、四国の自然を満喫したいというリクエストを元にオーダーメードツアーを構築しました。
ツアー内に人間ドッグ受診を入れ込んだ医療ツーリズム構築は弊社としても初の試みでしたが、日赤様の多大なご協力のお陰で当日は実施することが出来ました。
またツアーに関しても台風10号通過翌日でしたが、天候上の大きなスケジュール変更は無く行程通り催行でき、お客様にも四国の自然を多く満喫していただく事が出来ました。

今後もお客様のリクエストを十分に実現しお客様と共につくるツアー（オーダーメイドツアー）を構築していきたいと考えます。
